Job summary

Romsons Group in Delhi, India is seeking an experienced HR Compliance professional with expertise in statutory compliance, payroll, labour laws, and HR operations to strengthen our compliance framework.

The role involves managing payroll, statutory returns, audits, and maintaining records while ensuring adherence to PF, ESIC, PT, and Drug License requirements. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR Compliance, Payroll & HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, PT, and Drug License compliance.
• Proficient with MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, LWF, and Shops & Establishment Act.
• Ensure timely statutory returns, challans, records, and documentation.
• Handle monthly payroll, salary structures, and statutory deductions.
• Manage F&F settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, and recoveries.
• Manage leave, attendance, HRMS, employee records, and HR MIS.
• Coordinate statutory audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain working knowledge of Drug License requirements and compliance.
