Job summary

KDT Infrastructure is seeking a Payroll & Compliance Manager to oversee monthly payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, deductions and full and final settlements.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance, preferably in construction or EPC projects. Proficiency in payroll software/HRMS, MS Excel and knowledge of PF/ESIC, PT, TDS and labour laws is essential.
