• Maintain employee statutory records (UAN, PF, ESI IP).
• Provide payroll support by validating statutory deductions with payroll team.
• Coordinate with employees, payroll, finance on statutory matters.
• Assist statutory audits, inspections and documentation.

Job description

We are looking for an Executive Statutory Compliance to manage employee statutory compliance and social security activities, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PF & ESI registrations for employees and establishments.
• Ensure timely PF & ESI challan generation, verification and payment.
• Handle monthly statutory compliance activities and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain employee statutory records including UAN, PF, ESI IP numbers and related documentation.
• Provide payroll support by validating statutory deductions and coordinating with the payroll team.
• Track and coordinate employee probation confirmation processes.
• Support statutory audits, inspections, reconciliations and compliance documentation.
• Ensure timely submission and maintenance of statutory returns, records and MIS.
• Handle social security benefits and employee claims settlement, including required documentation and follow-up.
• Coordinate with employees, payroll, finance and other internal teams for statutory compliance matters.
• Stay updated on changes in PF, ESI and other applicable labour/social security regulations.
