Qualifications

• Write clean, sharp prose and know how to simplify complex ideas.
• Understand how to build tension, clarity, and resolution in narratives.
• Have a strong aesthetic sense for slides and formatting.
• Can switch voices between different tones as required.
• Turn raw ideas or data into compelling stories.
• Move and revise quickly based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create PowerPoint presentations narrating Agrim’s story.
• Draft seller success stories and case studies.
• Write long-form blogs and category insights.
• Develop communications for major launches and announcements.
• Produce internal employee communication.
• Generate customer-facing communications, including updates and education.
• Craft LinkedIn posts for founders and thought leadership.
• Manage monthly newsletters for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly updates for investors.
• Support communication templates and SOP language.

Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who lives at the intersection of clarity, creativity, and speed — a storyteller who can turn complex ideas from Bharat’s agri-commerce ecosystem into simple, sharp, high-impact communication.

This role sits close to the founders and works across teams. The goal is simple: craft communication that moves people — retailers, sellers, employees, investors, and the world outside.

• Support communication templates and SOP language
