About the Role

We are hiring someone to give our Agentic Voice Al a personality.

Someone who:

Is curious about how humans respond to tone, words, and pauses
Can think like a user and write like a friend
Isn’t afraid to listen to hundreds of real calls to make one script perfect
Cares deeply about clarity, empathy, and impact

What will you do?

Understand how Agrim's voice Al fits into journeys — retailer onboarding, support, Agrim Super Star, feedback loo
Write natural, human-like dialogues that persuade, guide, and delight
Test them live, listen to recordings, and make them better every week
Work with Al, product, and data teams to measure results and iterate fast
Use insights from every call to make the Al sound more human and more effective
