Role Overview
We are building the deepest, most trusted agri-commerce network in India. Along the way, we want to create real, structural impact in rural India — not through external CSR checklists, but by baking impact into how the company itself works.
We’re looking for a young, high-agency operator who wants to build that engine from inside.
What you will own
- End-to-end management of Agrim’s Social Impact Charter — Grants Program, ESG roadmap, rural employment programs, and retailer/farmer capability-building
- Identify high-leverage initiatives that improve financial inclusion, skilling, and marketplace fairness
- Build partnerships with foundations, multilateral agencies, and government bodies for co-funded impact programs
- Design measurement frameworks — impact KPIs, baselines, reporting
- Work closely with product, ops, and field teams to stitch impact directly into business execution
- Shape Agrim’s long‑term impact narrative for investors, regulators, and external stakeholders
Who you are
- Early in your career but not early in your intent
- Deep interest in rural India, livelihoods, and long‑term systems change
- Strong execution muscle — can research, plan, operationalise, and report without handholding
- Equally comfortable in villages, boardrooms, and Excel
- Hungry to build sector-level impact from within a company, not from an NGO lens
- Clear thinker, crisp communicator, and allergic to jargon
What this role gives you
- A front-row seat to how agri-commerce actually works at scale
- Ability to shape one of India’s largest rural impact networks from the ground up
- Exposure to policy, grants, ESG, and on‑ground execution — all at once
- A chance to build a legacy function inside a company that touches 100,000+ rural livelihoods
We are located in Gurgaon.
