Job summary

Agrim, Gurugram based, is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead digital and print creative work. You will craft engaging visuals, oversee branding, and drive campaigns across social, websites, and emailers. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Blender and Maya is required.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in design/art direction with a proven portfolio and ability to tell compelling visual stories while collaborating with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Graphic Design / Art Direction.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, and Maya.
• Strong branding, typography and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Design high‑quality creatives for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video creatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams.
• Design branding materials including brochures, banners, and infographics.
• Work on 3D modeling, rendering, and animation as needed.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Art Director with 5 – 10 years of experience to design engaging digital and marketing creatives. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and Maya, with strong skills in branding, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, emailers, presentations, and print materials.
• Create compelling visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and video creatives for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver impactful visual communication.
• Design branding materials including brochures, banners, infographics, flyers, and promotional assets.
• Work on 3D modeling, rendering, and animation projects when required.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative design ideas.

Ideal Candidate

• 5–10 years of experience in Graphic Design / Art Direction.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Blender, and Maya.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in motion graphics and 3D design is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and design projects.
• Candidates from NID, NIFT, MICA, MIT, or Symbiosis are preferred.
