Agvantex Talent Solutions LLP is seeking a seasoned Commercial Operations professional for a full-time role. You will oversee end-to-end billing, invoicing and order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely cash flow.

You will monitor dealer outstanding, drive collection efficiency and credit control, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with sales, finance, logistics and supply chain teams to keep inventory and dispatches moving smoothly.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations.
• Experience in the agri-input industry preferred.
• Exposure to bulk fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizers (WSF) will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, credit control and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting and commercial documentation.
