Responsibilities include monitoring dealer outstanding, collections efficiency, and inventory movement, along with preparing MIS and business performance updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations.
• Experience in the agri-input industry is preferred.
• Prior exposure to bulk fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizers (WSF) will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of billing, collections, credit control and inventory management.
• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills.
