Agvantex Talent Solutions LLP in Mehsana, Gujarat, is seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to oversee billing, invoicing and order processing. You will drive collections, monitor dealer accounts, manage credit control and coordinate with sales, finance, logistics and supply chain to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires at least 5 years in commercial operations, with preference for the agri-input sector and exposure to bulk fertilizers and WSF.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations.
• Experience in the agri-input industry is preferred.
• Exposure to bulk fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizers (WSF) will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, credit control and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting and commercial documentation.
