Job summary

Agvantex Talent Solutions LLP in Gujarat is seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to oversee billing, invoicing and order processing across the business.

You will drive collections, monitor credit control and reconcile dealer accounts while coordinating with sales, finance, logistics and supply chain teams. Oversee inventory, stock movement, dispatches and order execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial operations.
• Experience in the agri-input industry is preferred.
• Exposure to bulk fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizers (WSF) will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, credit control and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting and commercial documentation.
