Job summary

Acumen 360 Consulting & HR Solutions is seeking a Commercial Executive to oversee EOU operations and dispatches for export and domestic shipments. The role requires strong GST knowledge, customs regulations, and coordination with SEZ authorities (Kandla).

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in commercial/export operations, with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, and good coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of GST and customs rules & regulations.
• Experience with EOU and SEZ (Kandla) processes.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete documentation and compliance for EOU operations.
• Manage export and domestic dispatches including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations for all transactions.
• Manage customs documentation, clearance, and liaison with customs authorities.
• Coordinate with SEZ Kandla for approvals, documentation, and operational requirements.
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoice, packing list, shipping bill, etc.
• Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with transporters, CHA, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness.
