Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue automobile loan EMIs.
• Follow up with customers to recover outstanding payments and minimise overdue accounts.
• Negotiate repayment schedules and secure payment commitments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments and recovery status.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers until outstanding dues are cleared.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Ensure all recovery activities follow company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
