• System Updates: Log all call details and update collection statuses accurately in the CRM/System.
• Target Delivery: Consistently achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by management.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer queries and resolve payment-related disputes professionally.
• Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and strictly follow company/legal compliance guidelines.
