HDB Financial Services Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Collection Manager to lead Bkt Collection and W-off recovery for consumer durable portfolios.

You will manage a team of collection associates and agencies, ensure CAPE-compliant coverage and drive 100% mobile app usage with accurate feedback trails. The role emphasizes delinquent case management, coordination with Sales, Credit underwriting and RIC, and timely legal actions where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections for secured/unsecured financing.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.
• 5–7 years in secured/unsecured financing.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Self-driven with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Bkt Collection and W-off recovery in Consumer Durable portfolio.
