Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a collections professional in Delhi with 4-6 years in unsecured loans. The role requires strong team management and preference for candidates with personal and business loan experience. Prior collections exposure in banks or large NBFCs is preferred.

You will handle portfolio tracking, policy adherence, MIS updates, and cross-department coordination to meet business goals. The position focuses on designing calling strategies and dialer management for ongoing collection

Qualifications

• Experience in unsecured loans or lending products.
• Strong team management capabilities.
• Experience with personal and business loan portfolios preferred.
• Collections experience in banks or large NBFCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute collections processes for allocated debts within defined policies and guidelines.
• Track portfolio buckets for the assigned area and monitor delinquencies.
• Ensure compliance with collection processes and legal guidelines.
• Maintain and update delinquent account history and MIS reports; review feedback daily/weekly/monthly.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure delivery of business goals.
• Design calling strategy and manage dialer operations for collections.

• Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area
• To ensure collection process and legal guidelines are adhered
• To maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, Weekly & Monthly basis, etc. desired candidate profile
• Management of overall business operations & coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals.
• Designing calling strategy and dialler management for collection process.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

Candidate Profile Required :-

• 4-6 Years of experience in Unsecured Loans.
• Should be efficient in Team Management
• Candidates with Personal Loan and Business Loans experience will be preferred
• Collections experience in banks / large NBFCs is preferred
