Job summary

SkillLabs in India seeks a results-driven collections specialist to manage allocated debts and track portfolio buckets, ensuring adherence to processes and legal guidelines.

The role involves maintaining delinquent account history, preparing MIS reports, and reviewing feedback daily, weekly, and monthly. It also requires coordinating with multiple departments to achieve business goals and leading a collections team.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in unsecured loans.
• Should be efficient in team management.
• Candidates with personal loan and business loans experience will be preferred.
• Collections experience in banks / large NBFCs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and undertake collections process for allocated debts.
• Track portfolio for specific buckets in the assigned area.
• Ensure collection processes and legal guidelines are adhered to.
• Maintain data for administrative work related to collection (updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS reports, reviewing collection feedback daily, weekly & monthly).
• Manage overall business operations and coordinate with departments to ensure delivery of goals.
• Design calling strategy and dialer management for collection process.
• Audit, review & document collections policies, strategies & practices.
