Job summary

SkillLabs in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Collections Manager to oversee unsecured loan recoveries within allocated buckets. You will drive the collections process, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and maintaining delinquent account history and MIS reports.

You will coordinate with multiple departments to achieve business goals, design calling strategies and manage the dialer system. 4–6 years of NBFC/bank collections experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in unsecured loans.
• Should be efficient in team management.
• Candidates with personal loan and business loans experience will be preferred.
• Collections experience in banks / large NBFCs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and undertake collections process for debts allocated.
• Track portfolio for specific buckets in assigned area.
• Ensure collections process and legal guidelines are adhered to.
• Maintain data for administrative work related to collections (updating delinquent account history, MIS reports).
• Review collection feedback on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Audit, review and document collections policies, strategies and practices.
• Design calling strategy and dialer management for collections.
