Job summary

SkillLabs in Mumbai seeks an experienced collections specialist to manage unsecured loan portfolios and lead a collections team. You will design calling strategies, ensure adherence to legal guidelines, and coordinate with multiple departments to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining delinquent account histories, generating MIS reports, and reviewing collection feedback on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Prior experience in banks or NBFCs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections process for allocated debts and track portfolio buckets.
• Ensure adherence to collection processes and legal guidelines.
• Maintain data for administrative work incl. delinquent account history and MIS reports.
• Review collection feedback on daily/weekly/monthly basis and implement improvements.
• Audit, review, and document collections policies, strategies and practices.
• Design calling strategy and manage dialer for collections.

• To maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, Weekly & Monthly basis, etc. desired candidate profile
• Management of overall business operations & coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals.
• Designing calling strategy and dialler management for collection process.

Candidate Profile Required :-

• 4-6 Years of experience in Unsecured Loans.
• Should be efficient in Team Management
• Candidates with Personal Loan and Business Loans experience will be preferred
• Collections experience in banks / large NBFCs is preferred
