Job summary

SkillLabs in Gurugram, Haryana seeks an experienced collections professional to manage assigned debt portfolios, implement calling strategies, and ensure compliance with legal guidelines. You will maintain delinquent account history and produce MIS reports.

The role requires 4-6 years in unsecured loans, ability to lead teams, and preference for candidates with personal or business loan experience. You will coordinate with multiple departments to meet business goals and optimize collections

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in unsecured loans.
• Proficient in team management.
• Candidates with Personal Loan and Business Loans experience preferred.
• Collections experience in banks / large NBFCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and undertake collections process for allocated debts.
• Track portfolio for specific buckets in assigned area.
• Ensure adherence to collection process and legal guidelines.
• Maintain data for admin work related to collections (delinquent history, MIS reports, feedback review).
• Coordinate with departments to ensure delivery of business goals.
• Audit, review and document collections policies, strategies and practices.

• To maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, Weekly & Monthly basis, etc. desired candidate profile
• Management of overall business operations & coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals.
• Designing calling strategy and dialler management for collection process.
