• Account Monitoring: Reviewing debtor lists and ledgers to track overdue accounts based on specific delinquency timelines (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days past due).
• Debtor Communication: Reaching out to clients via phone calls, emails, or letters to remind them of unpaid balances
• Payment Negotiation:Setting up feasible, customized repayment schedules and installment plans that fit the customer's financial situation while satisfying company policies.
• Record Keeping: Updating payment statuses, logging all communication histories accurately, and processing transactions or adjustments.
• Dispute Resolution: Investigating historical billing data, addressing invoice discrepancies, and working alongside sales or accounting teams.
