Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive month-on-month loan disbursals by building and managing a strong DSA network in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. You will source business through channel partners and dealers, lead a team of retainers to hit targets, and maintain control of the local loan portfolio to ensure healthy growth.

Prior experience in channel management for used car loans is preferred, with a postgraduate qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience in loan sales and channel partnerships.
• Experience with used car loans recommended.
• Strong network-building skills with DSAs and dealers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver month-on-month targets for loan disbursals.
• Maintain an active DSA network.
• Develop a network of channel partners/DSAs/dealers to source business.
• Achieve direct business targets through a team of retainers.
• Manage and control the location's loan portfolio.
