Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking a Channel Sales Manager to drive car loan business through dealer networks in Maharashtra. You will empanel new car loan dealers, DSAs and DSTs, and be accountable for sales performance and team productivity.

You will conduct training on product, policy and market changes, manage promotional activities, track channels for quality sourcing, interact with credit for approvals, and build relationships to increase revenue.

Qualifications

• Post graduate preferred with 2-3 years of channel management experience.
• Experience in managing car loan dealer channels.
• Strong ability to train and motivate channel sales teams.
