Job summary

SkillLabs is seeking an experienced collections professional to lead and execute the collections process for unsecured loans in the Ghaziabad area. You will track portfolio buckets, ensure legal compliance, and maintain MIS reports while coordinating with multiple departments to meet business goals.

You will also design calling strategies and dialer management, audit policies, and drive continuous improvement in collections operations.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in unsecured loans.
• Experience in managing a collections team.
• Experience with personal and business loan collections preferred.
• Collections experience in banks/large NBFCs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute collections process for allocated debts.
• Track portfolio buckets for the assigned area and ensure progress.
• Ensure collection activities comply with legal guidelines.
• Maintain data for administrative tasks: delinquent account history, MIS reports, feedback review (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Coordinate with various departments to achieve business goals.
• Design calling strategy and dialer management for collections.
• Audit, review and document collections policies, strategies and practices.

• Responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for debts that have been allocated
• Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area
• To ensure collection process and legal guidelines are adhered
• To maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, Weekly & Monthly basis, etc. desired candidate profile
• Management of overall business operations & coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals.
• Designing calling strategy and dialler management for collection process.

• Candidates with Personal Loan and Business Loans experience will be preferred
