Job summary

SkillLabs Resource Services Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi is seeking a collections professional to manage and execute the debt recovery process. You will monitor portfolios across buckets and ensure adherence to collection laws and internal guidelines, while maintaining data for MIS reporting.

Experience in unsecured loans and team leadership is essential; candidates with personal loan or business loan backgrounds and NBFC/bank collections exposure will be preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Unsecured Loans.
• Should be efficient in Team Management.
• Candidates with Personal Loan and Business Loans experience preferred.
• Collections experience in banks / large NBFCs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and undertake collections process for debts allocated.
• Track portfolio for specific buckets in the assigned area.
• Ensure collection processes and legal guidelines are adhered to.
• Maintain data for administrative tasks: updating delinquent account history and MIS reports; review collection feedback daily, weekly and monthly.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure delivery of business goals.
• Audit, review and document collections policies, strategies and practices.
• Design calling strategies and dialer management for collections.
