Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a collections professional to handle assigned area, achieve targets, and reduce NPAs. You will work on improving revenue, reducing vendor payouts, and conducting asset verifications under SARFESI/Section 9 with court receivers.

The role requires active tracking of delinquency by bucket/DPD and ensuring quick customer issue resolution within the defined TAT. Ideal candidates will manage budgets, improve recoveries, and drive processes to minimize non-starters while

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket).
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts.
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT.
