Job summary

SkillLabs in Gujarat seeks an experienced collections professional to manage an assigned area and achieve targeted collections across resolution, flows, credit cost and bucket-based roll rates. You will work to keep NPAs within budget and proactively minimize them while driving fee income and vendor payout controls.

The role includes asset verifications and possession under SARFESI / Section 9 through court receivers, and monitoring delinquencies bucket- and DPD-wise.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
