SkillLabs in Etah, Uttar Pradesh seeks a credit collections professional to manage area collections and minimize defaults. You will implement SARFESI/Section 9 processes, monitor NPAs, and drive revenue by controlling vendor payouts while ensuring customer issues are resolved within the defined turn-around time.

This role requires hands-on collections experience, area targeting, and a proactive approach to asset verification and possession when needed.

Aufgaben

• Handle area collections and achieve targets across resolution, flows and roll rates.
• Keep NPAs within budget and actively minimize them.
• Increase fee income and reduce vendor payouts with initiatives.
• Conduct asset verifications and possession per SARFESI / Sec 9.
• Track delinquency by bucket/DPD and focus on non-starters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by quick issue resolution within TAT.

Jobbeschreibung

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
