Job summary

SkillLabs in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India is seeking a Collections Officer to manage the assigned area and drive recovery targets across resolution, flows, and delinquency metrics. You will conduct asset verifications and possession under SARFESI/Section 9 through court receivers, track NPAs, and implement initiatives to reduce payouts while improving fee income.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on parameters like resolution and flows.
• Ensure NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase fee income and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts.
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT.

Job description
