Job summary

SkillLabs in Karnataka seeks a Collections Officer to manage the assigned area, drive target achievement, and minimize non-performing assets. You will monitor buckets, DPDs and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on experience with SARFESI/Section 9 processes, asset verifications, court receivers, and active initiatives to control vendor payouts. You will collaborate with teams to strengthen recovery and reduce delinquency while delivering

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
