Job summary

SkillLabs in Tamil Nadu seeks a focused collections professional to manage the assigned area, hit collection targets and optimize resolution flows, credit costs, and bucket-based metrics. You will drive actions to keep NPAs within budget while implementing initiatives to increase fee income and curb vendor payouts.

Additionally, you will conduct asset verifications under SARFESI / Section 9 through court receivers, monitor delinquency by bucket/DPD, and prioritize quick, effective customer issue

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
