Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a Collections Manager to lead area-wise recovery efforts, ensure adherence to targets, and manage NPAs. The role requires strategic oversight of collections, risk control, and revenue optimization in a dynamic market.

The position involves SARFESI/Section 9 processes, asset verifications through court receivers, and initiatives to improve cash inflows while maintaining customer satisfaction and adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve targets across bucket parameters.
• Keep NPAs within budget and drive actions to minimize them.
• Increase fee income and devise initiatives to reduce vendor payouts.
• Conduct asset verifications and possession under SARFESI/Section 9 via court receivers.
• Track delinquency by bucket/DPD and focus on nonstarters.
• Ensure fast customer issue resolution within the specified TAT.

Job description

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
