Job summary

SkillLabs in Belagavi, Karnataka is seeking a collections specialist to oversee the assigned area, drive closure of outstanding accounts, and achieve target metrics across resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates.

Role involves minimizing NPAs within budget, increasing fee income, conducting SARFESI/Section 9 actions through court receivers, tracking delinquency by bucket and DPD, and ensuring customer issues are resolved quickly within the specified TAT.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
