Job summary

SkillLabs in India seeks a collections professional to manage an assigned area, drive recovery targets, and control NPAs. The role involves enforcing SARFESI/Section 9 processes with court receivers and monitoring bucket and DPD delinquencies closely.

You will also work to increase fee income, reduce vendor payouts, and ensure prompt customer issue resolution within TAT, maintaining strong stakeholder satisfaction across payments and credit operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
