Job summary

SkillLabs in India is seeking a collections professional to manage assigned area collections, ensure NPAs are controlled, and drive revenue initiatives. The role includes asset verifications under SARFESI provisions, tracking delinquency by bucket/DPD, and resolving customer issues within tight timelines.

The incumbent will coordinate with receivers and vendor payouts teams, aiming to minimize losses while maximizing recovery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
