Job summary

SkillLabs in Nashik district, Maharashtra invites experienced collections professionals to manage the assigned area. You will handle collections, strive to meet targets across resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates based on bucket.

You will work to keep NPAs within budget, minimize them through proactive follow-up, reduce vendor payouts, conduct SARFESI/Section 9 asset verifications through court receivers, monitor delinquency by bucket and DPD, and ensure quick resolution of customer

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket).
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
