Job summary

SkillLabs in Hyderabad, India seeks a collections professional to manage area-specific collections, drive target achievement and minimize delinquencies. You will coordinate asset verifications under SARFESI rules and work with court receivers where required to secure assets.

With a focus on improving cash flow, you will aim to increase fee income, control vendor payouts, and ensure rapid, customer-centric resolution of issues within defined turnaround times, contributing to overall portfolio

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve targets across resolution, flows, cost and roll rates.
• Ensure NPAs are kept within budget and take active steps to minimize them.
• Increase fee income/revenue and initiate initiatives to control vendor payouts.
• Conduct asset verifications and possession under SARFESI/Section 9 through court receivers.
• Track delinquency by Bucket and DPD, focusing on nonstarters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly within specified TAT.

Job description

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on various parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost and roll rates (depending on the bucket)
• Ensure that the NPAs are kept within assigned budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase the fee income / revenue and develop initiatives to control and reduce the amount of vendor payouts
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 process through court receivers.
• Track & control the delinquency of the area (Bucket & DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters
• Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring quick resolution of customer issues within specified TAT
