Job summary

SkillLabs in Patna, Bihar seeks a collections professional to manage the assigned area, driving recovery targets and optimizing bucket and DPD performance. The role demands disciplined execution and close monitoring of delinquency trends for timely actions.

The candidate will focus on reducing NPAs, improving cash flow, and enhancing customer satisfaction by resolving issues within the stated TAT. Some field coordination with legal processes may be required as part of the collection cycle.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections for the assigned area and achieve collection targets on parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates (bucket wise).
• Ensure NPAs are kept within budget and active efforts are made to minimize it.
• Increase fee income and develop initiatives to control vendor payouts.
• Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI / Section 9 through court receivers.
• Track and control delinquency by Bucket & DPD and focus on nonstarters.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by quick resolution of issues within specified TAT.
