Job summary

Mani Sales, Bangalore is seeking a Collection Executive with 3-5 years of experience to manage customer outstanding payments and ensure timely collections. The role is based in JP Nagar, Bangalore with immediate joiner preferred.

Responsibilities include payment follow-ups, coordinating with Sales and Accounts, reconciliation of ledgers, and preparing daily/monthly collection reports. Prior experience in electrical sales/distribution is preferred, along with strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in collections.
• Experience in electrical sales/distribution or trading is preferred.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
• Ability to work with collection targets and deadlines.
• Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
