Job summary

Rupymart Tech is seeking a Collection Executive (Fresher) to join our operations team. You will track outstanding payments, contact customers to negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate financial records.

This entry-level role includes training to build negotiation skills and understand credit control processes. You will monitor overdue accounts, make outbound calls, and coordinate with sales and finance to resolve disputes.

Qualifications

• Graduation or diploma in commerce, business admin, finance, or related field.
• Freshers welcome; prior telecalling or customer support is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Basic MS Office skills and CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer account balances and identify overdue accounts daily.
• Initiate outbound calls, send emails, or issue payment reminders to clients regarding outstanding balances.
• Explain payment options and negotiate feasible repayment arrangements within policy.
• Keep precise records of all customer interactions, payment agreements, and follow-ups in CRM/database.
• Coordinate with sales and finance to resolve billing disputes or discrepancies.
• Flag uncooperative accounts or high-risk delays to line management for action.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection target goals.

Training will be provided to help you build effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer account balances and identify overdue accounts daily.
• Initiate outbound calls, send emails, or issue payment reminders to clients regarding outstanding balances.
• Explain payment options and negotiate polite, feasible repayment arrangements within company policy.
• Keep precise, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, payment agreements, and follow-up schedules in the database/CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal sales and finance teams to resolve billing disputes, missing documentation, or discrepancies.
• Escalations: Flag uncooperative accounts or high-risk delays to line management for further action.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly individual collection target goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
