Job summary

Mahindra Finance Goa seeks a field collections officer responsible for recovering overdue loans through on-site visits and direct customer negotiations.

You will locate customers, update records of outstanding amounts and promises-to-pay, and strive to meet monthly recovery targets with integrity and accuracy.

The role may involve visiting customers at their homes or business locations and coordinating with the branch to ensure timely payments.

• Handle bad debt / loan accounts assigned by the company.
• Conduct field visits to customers' residences and businesses for loan recovery.
• Negotiate and secure payment commitments through in-person visits and calls.
• Locate customers who have changed their address or contact details.
• Maintain records of outstanding amounts, promises-to-pay, and actual collections.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
