Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers for recovery of overdue payments and dues.

• Understand reasons for delays and negotiate repayment commitments.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with delinquent accounts.
• Update collection status and reports in the system.
• Identify high-risk accounts and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and issues.
• Ensure professional handling and adherence to policies.
• Submit daily activity reports and updates on collection performance.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Credit Collections professionals to manage field collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.

The ideal candidate should have experience in field collections, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers for the recovery of overdue payments and outstanding dues.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls and in-person visits to ensure timely collections.
• Understand reasons for payment delays and negotiate suitable repayment commitments.
• Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with delinquent and overdue accounts.
• Update collection status, customer interactions, payment commitments, and field visit reports in the system.
• Identify high-risk and non-responsive accounts and elevate cases to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and collection-related issues.
• Ensure professional customer handling and compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
• Submit daily activity reports and provide updates on collection performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation in any discipline or above.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in field collections or credit collections.
• Good verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and have access to a two-wheeler.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Basic computer skills and experience in maintaining collection reports.
