Job summary

Olyv in Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai is seeking an experienced Field Collection Executive to manage overdue payments through field visits. You will conduct visits, follow up with customers, and negotiate payment arrangements to improve recovery rates.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in field collections or debt recovery, a valid DRA certification, own two-wheeler with license, and strong communication skills to handle customers professionally while adhering to policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers for the collection of overdue payments.
• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues through regular follow-ups and customer interactions.
• Communicate with customers regarding pending payments and repayment options.
• Negotiate with customers to facilitate payment resolution and improve recovery rates.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, collection records, and case status updates.
• Achieve assigned collection targets and performance benchmarks.
• Handle customer concerns professionally while following company policies and applicable compliance guidelines.
• Plan daily field visits efficiently to maximize collection productivity.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in field collections, debt recovery, or loan repayment collections is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
• Proficiency in the local language of the assigned location.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
