Job summary

Globiva in Delhi is seeking a dedicated Debt Recovery Executive to join our collections team. You will manage debt recovery operations to ensure timely payments from customers and conduct field visits to chase overdue accounts.

The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and meticulous record-keeping to maintain an accurate customer database.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in collections or related field (DRA certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of debt recovery processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
