Job summary

Club Mahindra in India (Maharashtra) is seeking a field collection executive with 2-4 years experience to locate and negotiate payment arrangements on high value accounts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate right parties in order to negotiate payment arrangements on high collectability or value accounts.
• Utilize payment options (credit cards, direct checks) and secure this information so that administrative services can process.
• Need to collect OD amount from assigned data feedback and update in system.
• Meet and travel locally, negotiate settlements, follow up for closure when right party is reached.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
