Job summary

Tata Communications in Mumbai seeks an operational professional to manage customer accounts and drive collections according to due dates, ensuring timely cash inflows and accurate reconciliation.

From graduate in accounting or finance with 4-8 years' experience, you will monitor payments, reduce aging buckets, track TDS collections, and analyze accounts to prevent PDD or 90+ day buckets, using Excel and Outlook daily.

Qualifications

• Graduate in accounting or finance (must have)
• 4-8 years of relevant experience (must have)
• Basic accounting procedures and proficiency in Excel and Outlook required

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer accounts and ensure collections as per the due date
• Achieve collection targets and reduce outstanding collections and debt bucket
• Track payments, TDS collections, RFP-based customers, PSU and Enterprise accounts, reconcile processed payments
• Analyse accounts
• Ensure that no accounts get into PDD or higher buckets above 90 days
