Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist in Karnataka, India to operate and set up CNC Turnmill and 5-axis VMC machines with Fanuc controls. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, GD&T, and selecting cutting tools and parameters for optimal performance.

You will read and modify CNC programs, conduct prove-out for NPD parts, and maintain production records on the shop floor. Shift work and strict 5S discipline are expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC experience with Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC Turnmill and 5-axis VMC.
• Proficiency in selecting cutting tools and machining parameters.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC Turnmill and VMC 5-Axis machines.
• Hands on experience in Fanuc controller.
• Inspect and measure machined parts using precision instruments.
