Job summary

Lead Hr Services is seeking an experienced CNC Operator/Programmer to set up and run HMC and VMC machines. You will read drawings, adjust tools and offsets, and ensure parts meet specifications with basic in-process inspection and 5S, safety adherence.

Candidate should demonstrate proficiency in G-code/M-code and continuous improvement, contributing to on-time production and quality targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code.
• Experience setting up tools and offsets, and performing tool changes.
• Commitment to 5S, safety standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate HMC, VMC, and CNC machines as per production requirements.
