Job summary

Kirloskar Ebara Pumps in Sangli district invites skilled ITI/ Diploma holders for CNC machining roles. You will program and operate VTC machines with Fanuc controls, create CNC programs for new components, set tooling, measure parts, and ensure process documentation and TPM/5S compliance.

Candidates should read engineering drawings, optimize machining parameters, coordinate with tool crib, and maintain quality records.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in CNC machining, preferably on VTC/VTL machines.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc controls.

• Continuous improvement mindset focused on reducing setup time, rework, and rejection.

Responsibilities

• Operate VTC machines at optimum and safe levels to achieve production targets.

• Maintain shop floor discipline and adherence to manufacturing systems.

• Control rework and rejection during machining processes.
• Arrange tooling, jigs, and fixtures for upcoming setups.
• Follow all safety guidelines during machine operation.
• Maintain daily TPM activities.
• Design or modify internal jigs and fixtures to reduce setup time with management approval.
• Program and operate Vertical Turning Centers using Fanuc controls.
