Job summary

Teamlease Digital Private Ltd. invites an experienced ITSM specialist to lead CMDB governance, knowledge management and IT operations alignment within ServiceNow environments.

You will drive data quality, CI relationships, service mapping and governance controls across multiple teams, ensuring ITIL-aligned processes, accurate documentation and measurable IT service improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders and continuous improvement through analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• 58 years of relevant experience across ITSM, Knowledge Management, CMDB governance or IT Operations.
• Strong ITIL knowledge across Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, Incident, Problem and Change.
• ServiceNow CMDB experience, including CI records, relationships, ownership and lifecycle status.
• CMDB concepts: Configuration Items, relationship modelling, service mapping and governance.
• Experience creating, maintaining and improving operational documentation.
• Ability to establish governance frameworks and drive process compliance.
• Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Quality oriented, results driven; able to manage competing priorities.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CMDB certification.
• KCS knowledge or demonstrable KCS-aligned experience.
• Understanding of ServiceNow CSDM.
• Experience with Discovery, automation of CI population and dashboards.
• Experience with AI-enabled knowledge management and predictive service management.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-site IT environments.
• Property, conveyancing, estate agency or finance domain experience.

• Experience with Discovery, automated CI population, reconciliation rules or CMDB health dashboards.
